August 10 - 13th 2004. NPCC held the 2 years once National Camp
for all uniform groups in their own turf, The NPCC Campsite at Pulau Ubin. I was there as a Recreational Dragon Boat Instructor.
It was fun, tired as well as a good experience for me. Battling the sunburn and some harmless jellyfish is a common sight...hahaha
